Acceptance

By creating a Fairshift Academy account, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must consent on your behalf before you can access any content.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. Accounts for minors require verified parental consent under the DPDP Act 2023.

Content and certificates

Curriculum content is owned by Fairshift Academy. Certificates are issued based on demonstrated output verified by AI and human reviewers. Certificates can be revoked if fraud is detected.

Payments

Paid curriculums are one-time payments processed via Stripe. Refund policy: if you complete the first two weeks and the work did not produce measurable value, we refund the full curriculum price.

AI interactions

Sage is an AI teaching assistant. Its responses are not professional advice. We moderate all AI interactions for safety, especially for minor accounts.
